🌸💛Your facilitators 💛🌸
Sophie's deep love for the natural world was born in 2001 when she backpacked throughout California for 12 weeks and her depth of growth has been guided in the arms of Mother Nature ever since. Inspiring her to prepare and integrate her own 8 day solo fast/hike through the Ventana and Los Padros wilderness.
She has studied Shamanic Studies at the Awareness Institute Sydney, Shinrin Yoku Japanese forest bathing with the Centre of Excellence, small business owner facilitating cross cultural music and movement to children and is a Certified Womens Circle Facilitator.
She is a recent mother and step mother of two.
Nature is her teacher and sanctuary, and she is honored to guide others in the magical unfolding of their own inner wilderness.
🌈 Mark Flood
Mark Kumoken Flood has a passion to work with various shamanic techniques and perspectives – to open up the spaces he holds to direct and revelatory contact to pure existence.
He feels that in an age of information proliferation, we can all forget where to go to find our own visions- while being surrounded by so much of the sight already seen.
Mark has learnt from shamanic teachers over the past 7 years and also acknowledges the teachings from the unseen and inner ones that have been with him and felt since a young boy.
He considers himself to still be in training for his shamanic becoming, as he believes in the long road, and the long ways in which learning arrives through the measures of walking this path through great distances of time.
Mark moves deeply and reverently within the spaces he holds and really enjoys the connective moments that arise out of the hearts of human beings gathering in sacred circles.
He practices the shamanic work daily and has allied himself through this work to a purpose and a type of medicine that helps to reveal a vision of life that is unique and available to everyone of us.
